What exactly is a credit?

A credit is our unit of compute. Every model has a per-token credit cost shown in the model picker before you use it, and a running total appears under every response. Nothing is hidden — you always know what a message will cost.

Is anything unlimited?

No. Every message, every image, every API call draws from your credit pool. This is honest: AI inference has real cost. What we guarantee is transparency — you see credit cost per model up front, and a running total per conversation.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Trial users are prompted to upgrade to Pro, Ultra, Team, or Lifetime — or to top up via the API plan ($1 per 1M credits, pay-as-you-go). Pro / Team / Lifetime users continue with pay-as-you-go overage or wait until next cycle. No unexpected bills — you set the overage cap in settings.

How do teammates work?

Anyone with an account can invite unlimited teammates to share their credit pool. On Pro, invite friends/family/coworkers from your account page — they use your 15M credits. On Team, you get 60M shared credits, a full admin dashboard with per-seat analytics, shared prompts, SSO, and centralized billing. No per-seat fees, no minimums, no sales calls.

Do credits roll over?

Yes — on Pro and Lifetime, unused credits roll over up to 2× your monthly allowance (30M cap on Pro). Team pools roll over up to 120M. Trial credits are a one-time grant — they don't renew.

How is this different from paying the model providers directly?

You'd need a separate subscription with each provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, etc.) to get the same model coverage — and most providers don't even offer consumer chat, just an API. Our credits-based system lets you move budget between models freely instead of burning a flat fee on one.

Is my data used to train models?

Never. We've negotiated training opt-outs with every model provider we support, and our own system doesn't retain anything training-accessible. Anonymous mode keeps your chats local to your browser.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page at any time. You keep access and credits through the end of your billing period. 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. Everything is self-serve — no calls, no emails, no questions.

Is the Lifetime deal really lifetime?
